Our Statement of Faith
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Our Journey began way before 2018, but on September 10th, 2018 we made it legally official.
WE had no idea at the timE THAT:
The journey starts out with us offering business advice and tools to a nutrition company, to develop a passive income for the business and by December 2019, we had already served (13) Thirteen Micro, Small and Medium Businesses.
Then 2020 came with a Digital Shift big shift. We pivoted to become an Online Skilling Hub in 2020 and launched our first Enterprise Course for Ugandan Entrepreneurs.
In 2021, we became an EdTech company, when we built a Digital Platform to host Content, deliver Programs and build Community for the African Workforce.
First, we chose the Traditional Business Advisory Route, then we went Online.
We officially incorporated and started offering advice and implementing Business Development Activities for Micro, Small and Medium Businesses
2019
By the end of this year, we had offered BusinessAdvisory to (13) Micro, Small and Medium Businesses
2020
We started creating free and paid Enterprise Skilling Content and we launched our 'Tutandike Course"
2018
2021
We co-created the Hi-Innovator Enterprise Curriculum, implemented activities in the UNDP Youth Ideathon and started building Teesa Apps.
2022
Teesa was awarded a contract by the UNDP Uganda to be the Lead Implementer of a Business Incubation Project for 50 Creative Entrepreneurs to grow commercially viable businesses.
2024
Curriculum Development is our primary FOCUS this year!!!
2023
We began implementation of the UNDP Incubation Program and entered a Partnership to deliver a year-long Enterprise Training to a Community of 30 Women Business.
Then, we slowed down, only to decide to ramp up again, such is life!!!

Paula is a highly experienced business coach and educator with a strong track record in Africa. She has helped thousands of entrepreneurs, particularly women, to develop and grow their businesses through training programs, courses, and coaching. She has also played a key role in developing business curriculums for organizations like OutBox Hub and Makerere University Business School. In addition to her coaching and educational work, Paula is a public speaker and host of the "Business Tool Workshop" vlog and podcast.

Faith is a dedicated learning and development specialist with extensive experience in creating innovative learning programs. She excels at empowering young people, particularly in underdeveloped areas, to reach their full potential. She has a proven track record of successfully training entrepreneurs, developing impactful programs for underserved communities (like the Zena Launchpad in Kamuli), and leading teams. Passionate about holistic development and improving learning opportunities for young Africans, Faith currently contributes to Teesa's course creation program, handling background tasks and all communications.

Jessica is a multi-talented professional with expertise in social media management, brand development, and content creation. She has a strong background in writing and editing, and her skills extend to research, customer service, and education. With a finance degree from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, Jessica brings a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to her work. She is passionate about helping both individuals and businesses succeed through effective communication and strategic branding.

Dervin is a talented and award-winning artist with a passion for illustration, communication design, and sculpture. His artistic journey began in childhood, and he has since developed a diverse skill set that includes illustration, watercolor painting, and woodwork fabrication. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Margaret Trowell School of Industrial and Fine Arts and has professional experience working with Dorminarts and freelancing on various projects. Dervin's accomplishments include winning a design competition for his logo concept, creating design sketches for Wazi spectacles, and designing characters, storyboards, and comic books.
